The mission of Chesterfield Fire & Rescue is to protect lives, property, and the communities we serve through professional, dependable, and compassionate fire, rescue, and emergency medical services.

Through continuous training, strong leadership, accountability, and teamwork, we strive to maintain the highest standards of emergency response and public service.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must demonstrate maturity and professionalism
  • Must be willing to learn and participate in training
  • Must work effectively as part of a team
  • Must follow CFR policies, procedures, and Chain of Command
  • Must maintain respectful behavior within the community
  • Fire/EMS experience is not required — training will be provided
